The municipally owned parking lot with entrance on Muncy Street
is hereby declared to be for the use of private passenger vehicles
only, and it shall be unlawful for any person to park in such lot
any bus, truck, tractor, trailer, tractor trailer or commercial vehicle
of any kind or nature.
No person shall cause, allow or permit any vehicle registered
in his name to remain parked in the Kenhorst Community Park lot for
a period longer than as posted.
All vehicles parked in the Kenhorst Community Park lot, hereinabove
referred to, shall be parked wholly within the lines bounding or marking
an individual parking space, and it shall be unlawful to park any
vehicle elsewhere than in such a space, such prohibited areas including
but not limited to the access and exit driveways and turning spaces.[1]
