In addition to any other penalties that might be described herein,
the proper officers of the City shall impose a charge of twenty-five
dollars ($25.00) for each check that is written to the City for any
purpose and is returned unpaid.

The City Administrator is hereby authorized to develop and produce
a written internal control policy relating to the handling of City
funds and property. Once said policy is presented to the Board of
Aldermen for approval and has been so approved, the City Administrator
shall periodically review said policy and update it from time to time
based upon recommendations from the staff or the City's independent
auditors. Any such amendments shall be approved by the Board of Aldermen.
Copies of the internal control policy of the City of Ozark shall be
maintained by the City Clerk and shall be made available for inspection
upon proper request.
