The Board of Aldermen hereby adopts the 2018 International Energy
Conservation Code, as published by the International Code Council,
Inc., as if spelled out herein, save and except such portions thereof
as are hereinafter deleted, modified, or amended, for regulating the
design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation,
alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to,
use or maintenance of the building envelope, mechanical, lighting
and power systems in the City of Ozark. A copy of said code is on
file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Ozark, Missouri.
