It shall be unlawful for the owner or keeper of any dog or cat
to permit the same to run at large within the City.

Definitions. For the purpose of this Section, the following
words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to
them by this Section:
The cry or yelp of a dog or pup.
Any member of the canine family over three (3) months old.
Any person keeping or harboring a dog or pup.
The lawful owner of a dog or pup.
Any member of the canine family under six (6) months old.
B.
It
shall be unlawful for the owner or keeper of any dog or pup, that
is kept within the City limits of Belle, to allow the dog or pup to
habitually bark so as to disturb the peace of another.
