A. The
regulations set forth in this Section, or set forth elsewhere in this
Chapter when referred to in this Section, are the regulations of the
"R-1" Single-Family Residential District.
1. Use regulations. The use of buildings or land in
this district shall be as designated by Table A at the end of this
Title and in accordance with this Section.
2. Height. The maximum height of buildings limited
as designated by Table C at the end of this Title.
3. Lot size. The minimum lot area and lot width at
the building line permitted shall be as designated by Table B at the
end of this Title.
4. Yards areas. The minimum yards and lot coverage
shall be as designated by Table D at the end of this Title.

1. Use regulations. The use of buildings or land in
this district shall be as designated by Table A at the end of this
Title and in accordance with this Section.
2. Height. The maximum height of buildings limited
as designated by Table C at the end of this Title.
3. Lot size. The minimum lot area and lot width at
the building line permitted shall be as designated by Table B, at
the end of this Title.
4. Yard areas. The minimum yards and lot coverage shall
be as designated by Table D at the end of this Title.

A. The
regulations set forth in this Section, or set forth elsewhere in this
Chapter when referred to in this Section, are the regulations of the
"R-5" Manufactured and Recreational Residential District.
1. Use regulations. The use of buildings or land in
this district shall be as designated by Table A at the end of this
Title and in accordance with this Section.
a. Manufactured home parks. Shall be developed in accordance
with an approved site plan.
b. Recreational vehicle parks. Shall be developed in
accordance with an approved site plan.
c. Manufactured home subdivision. Shall be in accordance
with an approved site plan and the Subdivision Code.
2. Height. The maximum height of buildings limited
as designated by Table C at the end of this Title.
3. Lot size. The minimum lot area and lot width at
the building line permitted shall be as designated by Table B at the
end of this Title.
4. Yard areas. The minimum yards and lot coverage shall
be as designated by Table D at the end of this Title.
5. Design. Manufactured home parks or subdivisions
and recreational vehicle parks shall be designed in accordance with
the following and all other applicable Federal, State and local requirements.
a. Manufactured home parks or subdivisions.
(1)
Shall be in accordance with an approved site plan.
(2)
Shall have a dense screen of trees and/or shrubs not less than
ten (10) feet wide and six (6) feet high around the entire perimeter
of the site, except where interrupted by streets, drives, or other
access to the development.
(3)
Access roads not less than twenty-five (25) feet wide for ordinary
and emergency vehicle traffic.
(4)
Adequate public water and sewer services.
(5)
Adequate stormwater management.
(6)
Disposal of garbage and rubbish within two hundred (200) feet
of each lot that will not create a public nuisance.
(7)
Public utilities, such as electricity, telephone and gas.
(8)
Management and maintenance facilities including storage facilities
for grounds keeping equipment.
(9)
Adequate recreation facilities including, but not limited to,
picnic tables and play equipment such as swings.
(10)
Manufactured home subdivisions shall meet the requirements of
the Subdivision Code.
b. Recreational vehicle parks.
(1)
Access roads not less than twenty-five (25) feet wide for ordinary
and emergency vehicle traffic.
(2)
Adequate public water and sewer services.
(3)
At least one (1) potable water supply outlet within every fifty
(50) feet of every lot or campsite.
(4)
A sanitary means of disposing of sewage and waste from recreational
vehicles.
(5)
Adequate stormwater management.
(6)
Disposal of garbage and rubbish within two hundred (200) feet
of each lot that will not create a public nuisance.
(7)
Insect and rodent control measures shall be employed to maintain
healthful and sanitary conditions.
(8)
Public utilities, such as electricity, telephone and gas.
(9)
Management and maintenance offices including storage facilities
for grounds keeping equipment.
(10)
Adequate recreation facilities including, but not limited to,
picnic tables and play equipment such as swings.
(11)
At least one (1) toilet, lavatory and shower for every fifteen
(15) persons of each sex.
(12)
Portable liquefied petroleum gas containers shall be permitted.
(13)
Refueling of vehicles with gasoline and other motor vehicle
fuels shall be permitted.
c. Additional regulations. Manufactured home parks
and subdivisions shall also comply with the following:
(1)
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to
park, place, construct or maintain any manufactured home or recreational
vehicle on any acreage, lot, premises, area that has not been approved
for such use or without a building permit.
(2)
No lot or site shall be occupied, used or constructed upon until
all services and infrastructure improvements have be completed to
said lot or site and to at least half (½) of all the lots in
the development.
(3)
Mobile homes as defined in this Code shall not be permitted.
(4)
This Section shall not prohibit the storage of privately owned
recreational vehicles not connected to utilities or used for living
purposes.

A. The
regulations set forth in this Section, or set forth elsewhere in this
Chapter when referred to in this Section, are the regulations of the
"R-6" Two-Family Residential District.
1. Use regulations. The use of buildings or land in
this district shall be as designated by Table A at the end of this
Title and in accordance with this Section.
2. Height. The maximum height of buildings limited
as designated by Table C at the end of this Title.
3. Lot size. The minimum lot area and lot width at
the building line permitted shall be as designated by Table B at the
end of this Title.
4. Yards areas. The minimum yards and lot coverage
shall be as designated by Table D at the end of this Title.
5. Screening. On lots adjacent to an "R-1", "R-2",
"R-3", or "R-5" residential district, a screen, consisting of approved
trees and/or shrubbery, shall be planted and maintained at a minimum
of six (6) feet high and twenty (20) feet wide, except for approved
access points.

"R-7" Multiple Single-Family (Town House) Residential District.

this district shall be as designated by Table A, at the end of this
Title and in accordance with this Section.
2. Height. The maximum height of buildings limited
as designated by Table B at the end of this Title.
3. Lot size. The minimum lot area and lot width at
the building line permitted shall be as designated by Table C at the
end of this Title.
4. Yard areas. The minimum yards and lot coverage shall
be as designated by Table D at the end of this Title.
5. Screening. On lots adjacent to an "R-1", "R-2",
"R-3", "R-5", or "R-6" residential district, a screen, consisting
of approved trees and/or shrubbery, shall be planted and maintained
at a minimum of six (6) feet high and twenty (20) feet wide, except
for approved access points.
