A. No
license shall be issued for the sale of intoxicating liquor in the
original package, not to be consumed upon the premises where sold,
except to a person engaged in, and to be used in connection with,
the operation of one (1) or more of the following businesses:
2. A cigar and tobacco store;
4. A general merchandise store;
5. A confectionery or delicatessen store;
6. A "resort" or "restaurant," as defined in Section 311.095, RSMo.;

Nor any such person who does not have or keep in his/her store
a stock of goods having a value according to invoices of at least
one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), exclusive of fixtures and intoxicating
liquors.

B. Under
this license, no intoxicating liquor shall be consumed on the premises
where sold, nor shall any original package be opened on the premises
of the vendor, except as otherwise provided by law.
C. For
every license for sale at retail in the original package, the licensee
shall pay to the City of Farmington a license fee in the amount of
one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per year.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Chapter to the contrary, any person possessing the qualifications and meeting the requirements of this Chapter, who is licensed to sell intoxicating liquor in the original package at retail under Section
600.220, may apply for a special license to sell intoxicating liquor in the original package at retail between the hours of 1:00 P.M. and Midnight on Sundays. A licensee under this Section shall pay to the City of Farmington an additional fee of three hundred dollars ($300.00) a year payable at the same time and in the same manner as its other license fees.

A. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Chapter to the contrary, any person possessing the qualifications and meeting the requirements of this Chapter, who is licensed to sell intoxicating liquor in the original package at retail under Section
600.220, may apply for a special license to conduct wine tastings on the licensed premises. A licensee under this Section shall pay to the City of Farmington an additional fee of thirty-seven dollars fifty cents ($37.50) a year payable at the same time and in the same manner as its other license fees.
B. Nothing
in this Section shall be construed to permit the licensee to sell
wine for on-premises consumption.

For every license issued for the sale of all kinds of intoxicating
liquor at retail by the drink for consumption on the premises of a
licensee, the licensee shall pay to the City of Farmington the sum
of four hundred fifty dollars ($450.00) per year, which shall include
the sale of intoxicating liquor in the original package. Provided
however, that a not-for-profit corporate licensee shall pay to the
City of Farmington the sum of one dollar ($1.00) per year.

A. For
a license authorizing the sale of malt liquor by grocers and other
merchants or dealers in the original package, not to be consumed upon
the premises where sold, direct to consumers but not for resale, the
licensee shall pay to the City of Farmington a license fee in the
amount of twenty-two dollars fifty cents ($22.50) per year. This license
shall also permit the holder thereof to sell non-intoxicating beer
in the original package, not to be consumed upon the premises where
sold, direct to consumers, but not for resale.
B. The
phrase "original package", as used herein, shall
be construed and held to refer to any package containing three (3)
or more standard bottles or cans of beer.

For a license to sell malt liquor by the drink at retail consumption
upon the premises where sold, the licensee shall pay to the City of
Farmington a license fee in the amount of fifty-two dollars fifty
cents ($52.50) per year, which license shall also permit the holder
thereof to sell non-intoxicating beers by the drink on the premises
where sold.

where sold, the licensee shall pay to the City of Farmington a license
