The annual compensation to be paid out to members of the Borough
Council shall be $1,875 per year, provided that it shall be paid out
on an equal quarterly basis and that no compensation shall be paid
in any month to a Councilman who has failed to attend or be excused
from the regular meeting of the Borough Council during the month.
