Borough of Burgettstown, PA Article III Tax Collector

§ 137-3 Compensation established.

For collection of the property tax, the compensation of the Borough Tax Collector shall be a commission of 2 1/2% of the face and discount amounts collected and 5% of any delinquent amount collected.
