There is hereby created the post of Municipal Licensing Officer
of the Borough of Bellmawr.
The duties of said Licensing Officer shall be to administer
the Mercantile License Ordinance of the Borough[1] and such other licensing requirements that exist in the
Borough that are not specifically provided for in other ordinances
and statutes.
