The City will provide for participation in group health and
dental insurance for its regular full-time employees.

All appointed full-time employees will have twenty thousand
dollars ($20,000.00) in term life insurance and accidental death and
dismemberment insurance with the premium paid for by the City. The
life insurance goes into effect on the first (1st) of the month following
six (6) months of employment.

A. The
City of Bowling Green is a political subdivision, as defined in Missouri
Statutes, and hereby elects to have covered by the Missouri Local
Government Employees Retirement System all of its eligible employees
with one thousand five hundred (1,500) or more hours of employment
and to cover under Benefit Program L-6 such employees of the following
classes: present and future employees and present and future Policemen
(as defined by State Statute).

B. The
City of Bowling Green hereby elects that one hundred percent (100%)
of prior employment be considered for prior service credit computing
benefits and contributions to the system.
C. The
City of Bowling Green, Missouri, having elected to require no contributions
from covered employees in accordance with the provisions of State
Statute, the City Clerk and other appropriate City Officials are hereby
authorized and directed to not deduct any such contributions from
the wages and salaries of each employee member but to remit the total
contribution for both employee and employer required under State Statutes.
