A.
The
Board of Aldermen of Rogersville, Missouri wishes to use professional
collection services to collect unpaid bills aged over ninety (90)
days and greater in sum than twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
B.
Unpaid
bills aged over ninety (90) days under twenty-five dollars ($25.00)
will be written off to "bad debt".
C.
Any
citizen or non-citizen requesting any paid City service must pay any
old unpaid bills that are outstanding prior to receiving any additional
City service.
