A. The 2012 International Residential Code for one- and two-family dwellings,
except for all references to auto sprinkler systems being deleted
and Chapter 11 on energy efficiency being deleted, and the 2012 International
Building Code, except that all references to auto sprinkler systems
being deleted, are adopted by the City of Rogersville, and are hereby
incorporated by reference and made a part of the City Code of the
City of Rogersville, Missouri, as fully as if set out in their entirety
herein.

B. The provisions of the 2012 International Residential Code for one-
and two-family dwellings, except for all references to auto sprinkler
systems being deleted and Chapter 11 on energy efficiency being deleted,
and the 2012 International Building Code, except that all references
to auto sprinkler systems being deleted, as well as any referenced
standards thereto, and Appendixes thereto, if any, shall govern all
construction within the City of Rogersville, Missouri.

1. Amend Section R301, Design Criteria, Subsection R301.2, Climate and
Geographic Design Criteria, by establishing the following data for
Table R301.2(1):

C. Penalty. Any person, firm, corporation, partnership, or
other lawfully recognized entity who violates any of the provisions
of this Section or any of the Codes adopted in this Section shall
be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof shall be
fined in an amount not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) or
be imprisoned in the City or County Jail for a period not exceeding
one hundred eighty (180) days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall
constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
