All municipal parks in the City of Winchester shall be closed
between the hours of dusk and 7:00 A.M. and a person shall not be
in the parks during those hours except as authorized by pavilion permit.

Reserved activities for park facilities as approved by the Park Board of the City of Winchester or the Board of Aldermen of the City of Winchester or their designees have priority for the use of said facility. All organized activity, but not limited to sports team play and practice, shall reserve facilities as required herein. Authorized representatives who have obtained authorization of above are empowered to request others to refrain from the use of park facilities. Refusal by others to remove themselves from the park facilities upon request will be a violation of this Section and punishable under Section
100.260.

The City of Winchester shall collect a reservation fee in the
amount of thirty dollars ($30.00) for the use of the park pavilion.

A. It
shall be unlawful for a person to drive or operate a motor vehicle
in the public parks of the City of Winchester.
B. This
Section shall not apply to emergency vehicles or vehicles driven and
operated for and in behalf of the City of Winchester.
C. The
word "motor vehicle", as used in this Section, shall
mean a self-propelled mechanical device designed for the wheeled movement
of freight, merchandise or person.

The following equipment is prohibited in the City Park: golf
and archery.

A person commits the ordinance violation of having glass containers
in the City park if he/she possesses any glass container within the
City park.
Except as otherwise authorized by the Board of Aldermen, no
person shall engage in any commercial activity in any City park or
portion thereof.
