The term "Building Official", whenever employed in this Chapter, shall mean the Building Commissioner and Building Inspector or his/her designee under Section 500.020 or any official of St. Louis County vested with executive authority to see that all laws, ordinances and Codes regulating building construction are observed and enforced.
