A. 
Creation of wards.
Pursuant to the provisions of § 5.15, Wis. Stats., the City of Arcadia is divided into three wards, consecutively numbered one through three, from the west end of the corporate limits of the City of Arcadia to the east end of the corporate limits.
B. 
First Ward.
The following territory shall constitute the First Ward: An area bounded on the west, north and south by the corporate limits of Arcadia. The eastern boundary commences at a point where the north boundary line of the corporate limits of the City of Arcadia intersects with the center line of the Fox Valley & Western Ltd. Railroad tracks; thence southwesterly along the center line of the railroad to the center line of West Main Street; thence easterly along the center line of West Main Street to its intersection with the center line of Washington Street; thence southerly along the center line of Washington Street to its intersection with the center line of Cleveland Street; thence easterly along the center line of East Cleveland Street to its intersection with South Gillespie Avenue; thence south along the center line of South Gillespie Avenue to its intersection with the center line of East McKinley Street; thence easterly along the center line of East McKinley Street to its intersection with the center line of South Saint Joseph Avenue; thence southerly along the center line of South Saint Joseph Avenue to its intersection with the center line of County Highway J; thence northwesterly along the center line of County Highway J to its intersection with the south boundary line of the corporate limits.
C. 
Second Ward.
The following territory shall constitute the Second Ward: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of West Main Street and the right-of-way line of Fox Valley & Western Ltd. Railroad tracks, then northeasterly along the southerly right-of-way line of Fox Valley & Western Ltd. Railroad tracks to the northerlymost corner of Trempealeau County Tax Parcel Number 201-01123-0000, and thence south to the southeast corner of Trempealeau County Tax Parcel Number 201-01125-0000; then west along the south line of Trempealeau County Tax Parcel Number 201-01125-0000 to the east line of the NE1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 32, Township 21 North, Range 9 West; and then south along the east line of said NE1/4 of the NE1/4 to the corporate limits; then following along the corporate limits until the intersection of the center lines of Wanek Avenue and Sobotta Street; thence southerly along the center line of Sobotta Street to its intersection with the center line of Wilson Avenue; thence westerly along the center line of Wilson Avenue to its intersection with the center line of Theisen Street; thence northerly along the center line of Theisen Street to its intersection with the center line of Pleasant Avenue; thence westerly along the center line of Pleasant Avenue to its intersection with the center line of Fairfield Avenue; thence southerly along the center line of Fairfield Avenue to its intersection with the center line of Wilson Avenue; thence westerly along the center line of Wilson Avenue to its intersection with the center line of Pearl Street; thence southerly along the center line of Pearl Street to its intersection with the boundary of the corporate limits; thence westerly along the boundary of the corporate limits to its intersection with the center line of South Saint Joseph Avenue; thence northerly along the center line of South Saint Joseph Avenue to its intersection with the center line of East McKinley Street; thence westerly along the center line of East McKinley Street to its intersection with the center line of South Gillespie Avenue; thence northerly along the center line of South Gillespie Avenue to its intersection with the center line of East Cleveland Street; thence westerly along the center line of East Cleveland Street to its intersection with the center line of Washington Street; thence northerly along the center line of Washington Street to its intersection with the center line of Main Street; thence westerly along the center line of Main Street to the point of beginning.
D. 
Third Ward.
The following territory shall constitute the Third Ward: All territory not included in the First Ward or the Second Ward.
E. 
Polling place.
All three wards shall have a common polling place, which is located at 945 South Dettloff Drive in the City of Arcadia.
The City of Arcadia shall be divided into three Aldermanic districts.
A. 
First Aldermanic District. The following territory shall constitute the First Aldermanic District: the First Ward.
B. 
Second Aldermanic District. The following territory shall constitute the Second Aldermanic District: the Second Ward.
C. 
Third Aldermanic District. The following territory shall constitute the Third Aldermanic District: the Third Ward.
The City of Arcadia shall be divided into three Trempealeau County Supervisory Districts.
A. 
The following territory shall constitute the portion of Trempealeau County Supervisory District No. 5 within the City of Arcadia: the First Ward.
B. 
The following territory shall constitute the portion of Trempealeau County Supervisory District No. 7 within the City of Arcadia: the Second Ward.
C. 
The following territory shall constitute the portion of Trempealeau County Supervisory District No. 9 within the City of Arcadia: the Third Ward.

The polling places in the City of Arcadia, Trempealeau County, Wisconsin, shall be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for all elections.
