Nuisance vehicles are prohibited on property zoned as residential within the City limits of the City of Arcadia unless located within a fully enclosed building.

As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:[1]
NUISANCE VEHICLE
Any vehicle which is inoperable or unroadworthy, or which is a salvage vehicle or junk vehicle, as these terms are defined in Chapter 340 of the Wisconsin Statutes, as is from time to time amended, repealed, or modified by the Wisconsin Legislature.
VEHICLE
Every device in, upon, or by which any person or thing is or may be transported or drawn upon a highway, including automobiles, motor trucks, trailers, motorcycles, motor homes, camping trailers, farm trucks, farm trailers, semitrailers, school buses, and motorbuses, as these devices are defined in Chapter 340 of the Wisconsin Statutes, as is from time to time amended, repealed, or modified by the Wisconsin Legislature. However, bicycles, mopeds, motor bicycles, snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles, boats, mobiles homes and road machinery are not considered vehicles for the purposes of this article.

Any owner of real property who shall continue to violate this article, or permit such violation to occur on his property, after having been given notice by City officials of the existence of such violation, shall be issued a citation, shall be fined not less than $25 but not more than $200 per violation, plus applicable court costs and fees, and shall be held liable for the payment of expenses incurred by the City of Arcadia in removing the nuisance vehicle. Each day that the violation continues after the date the citation is issued shall constitute a separate violation and may give rise to a separate fine.
