No person shall engage in the business of making or maintaining
electrical installations nor shall any person install any electrical
material, apparatus or equipment of any kind without first having
been examined and licensed by the Building Commission of the County
and having procured an electrical contractor's license from the City.

An electrical contractor's license shall permit any person to
engage in the work of installing, erecting and maintaining electrical
wiring, fixtures, apparatus, equipment, devices or components thereof
that are used for generation, transmission and utilization of electricity
in and on buildings and premises subject to the provisions of this
Article. The fee for an electrical contractor license shall be seventy-five
dollars ($75.00) per annum.
