It
is necessary and expedient that the City of Pleasant Valley, Clay
County, Missouri, a municipal corporation, adopt a Seal as the Official
Seal of said municipality.
B.
A Seal
for the said City of Pleasant Valley, Missouri, is hereby adopted
in the following form: (Seal is circular bearing "Official Seal —
Clay County, Missouri" on outer portion and the words "City of Pleasant
Valley" in center).
