Section 125.200 Procedure to Pay Out Cash Bond Refunds and Collected Fees.

A. Within ten (10) business days after court, the Court Clerk shall print cash bond refund checks and have the appropriate parties sign them. By the tenth (10th) business day of each month, the Court Clerk shall print the Officer Training Fund check, Crime Victim Compensation Fund check and the fines and costs checks for the City of Pleasant Valley and have the appropriate parties sign them.

B. Upon the occurrence of the preceding events, the Court Clerk shall then mail the original Officer Training Fund and Crime Victims' Compensation Fund checks to the appropriate parties and hand deliver the original City of Pleasant Valley checks to the City Clerk. The bond refund checks shall be processed per defendant's instructions — the Clerk will call the defendant when the checks are ready or the Clerk will mail checks to defendant's address provided.
