The following rules and regulations shall take effect immediately:
A. Skating is restricted to the skating area.
B. All skaters must wear personal protective equipment and appropriate
footwear.
C. All protective gear and equipment must be designed for skateboard/in-line
skating and be in good condition.
D. All skaters agree to act in an orderly, safe, and considerate manner
while on the premises and in the skating area.
E. The Borough reserves the right to request reckless or dangerous skaters
to leave the skating area and the premises immediately.
F. Only one skateboarder is permitted on a board at a time.
G. No bicycles are allowed on skate park.
H. No alcohol, tobacco products or drugs are permitted.
I. No food or drink in the skating area.
J. No children younger than 10 years of age will be allowed in the skating
area without adult supervision.
K. No children younger than six will be allowed in the skating area.
L. All equipment is used at your own risk.

A. The Mayor and Police Department, the Code Enforcement Officers of
the Borough, the Public Works Department Park and Playground Operator,
and any other authorized law enforcement officer are empowered to
enforce this article.
B. Violation of these rules shall constitute an offense. Offenders shall
be subject to a civil penalty not exceeding $600 per violation, as
well as total costs and damages to all property and facilities. Each
day the violation continues shall be a separate violation. Any persons
found guilty of violating this article shall be assessed court costs
and reasonable attorney fees incurred by the Borough in the enforcement
proceedings.
