The Fallowfield Township Volunteer Fire Department and its members
is and/or are authorized to respond to all fire, emergencies, and
other calls within their service area within Fallowfield Township.
The Fallowfield Township Volunteer Fire Department and its members
is/are specifically authorized to respond to all requests for and
from other organized firefighting or ambulance associations outside
Fallowfield Township.
The Fallowfield Volunteer Fire Department and its members is/are
specifically authorized to engage in any training, maintenance, fund-raising
activities or any activities aimed at securing memberships, procuring
equipment, and the like, when specifically authorized by either the
President thereof, the Fire Chief, or any assistant Fire Chief of
said Department and when not otherwise contrary to any other ordinances
of the Township that are now in effect or may subsequently be enacted.
The Fire Chief or President or other designated office of the
Fallowfield Volunteer Fire Department shall report to the Township
all activities conducted in the preceding month or months at or before
each meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Fallowfield Township.
Any member in good standing of the Fallowfield Volunteer Fire
Department is authorized to engage in the performance of his or her
duty as authorized by an officer of said Fire Department unless such
authorization as to a specific duty or as to a specific officer has
been withdrawn by the Township. Such revocation shall not become effective
until upon time and date of receipt.
