A. Overnight
camping shall not be allowed within the City park areas, harbor, sports
complex or industrial park without prior consent of the Board of Aldermen.
B. Any
person who shall be cited for an offense as enumerated above shall
be guilty of a violation of this Section.

A. A curfew
of 11:00 P.M. official City time shall be imposed for the area known
as Lay Park except for that Section along Kennedy Drive which abuts
the Osage River and is known as the City dock.
B. The
City Police personnel shall make exceptions for those persons participating
or attending a scheduled organized event in Lay Park until event has
finished and a reasonable time has elapsed for persons to have left
the area.
C. It shall be unlawful for any person regardless of age who shall not abide by the curfew set in this Subsection
(A) or show legitimate business for being within Lay Park after curfew.

A. For
the reservation of a large shelter house (#2 or #3), a fee of twenty-five
dollars ($25.00) shall be charged; shelter houses #1 and #4 shall
be a fee of ten dollars ($10.00).
B. For
the closure of the harbor area that shall require that the fishing
ramp be closed to the general public either for parking or for the
safety of the general public, there shall be a fee of fifty dollars
($50.00).
C. Board
of Aldermen reserves the right to make "no charge" or a reduced charge
for usage by church, school or civic group strictly for community
projects and for which no admission is charged. Board shall additionally
adjust charge for reservation and use of a facility based upon extent
of use, cost of servicing the facility and/or community advantage
arising from said usage.
D. Board
of Aldermen reserves the right to cancel any reservation of a group
upon giving two (2) weeks' prior written notice.
E. All
individuals using the facilities shall be responsible for the immediate
debris cleanup of the facility and the cost of any damage to the facility.
F. No alcoholic beverages are allowed under City Code Section
600.070(G) Drinking in Public Places Prohibited except for exception as provided by special vote of the Board of Aldermen with restrictions as provided under State liquor laws and the required general liability insurance.
