GENERAL REFERENCES

No person or persons shall at any time within the said Village of Highland Falls willfully or maliciously break, mar, injure, remove or deface any building, fence, awning, sign, signboard, tree, shrubbery or other ornamental thing in said Village, or tear down or remove any notice or handbill lawfully posted in any of the streets or public places in said Village of Highland Falls, New York.
No person or persons shall loiter upon any public street, alley, park or place, or within any doorway or stairway adjacent thereto, within the corporate limits of the Village of Highland Falls.
No persons or person shall indecently or vulgarly conduct themselves upon any street, alley, park or public place or expectorate upon any sidewalk within the corporate limits of the Village of Highland Falls.

No person shall expose himself or herself naked or cause any indecent exposure in a public place or bathe, urinate or defecate in a public place.

No person or persons shall make, create or be the means of making, creating or allowing any unnecessary noise within the corporate limits of the Village of Highland Falls.

A. 
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a maximum fine of $250 or by a term of imprisonment of not more than 15 days, or both. Each day that a violation of or failure to comply with any provision of this enactment or any regulation promulgated hereunder by the Board of Trustees occurs shall constitute a separate and distinct violation.
B. 
Any person violating any of the following peace and good order provisions shall be punished, upon a plea of guilty or conviction, by the fines set forth below:

Offense: defacing, injuring or damaging property.
