Any person wishing to hold a public event must obtain approval from
the Town Board, which approval shall be granted, provided that the
proposed public event does not pose a clear risk to public health
and safety and, further, does not conflict with other public events
previously approved by the Town Board or other uses of the public
property at issue.
In approving a public event, the Town Board shall require the applicant
to provide a certificate of liability insurance naming the Town as
an additional insured in such amount as the Town Board determines
to be appropriate.
