Any site where a structure has been removed, demolished, or destroyed by fire, storm, or other catastrophe must be cleared of all debris, including foundation, chimneys, exposed piping, and electrical wiring, in accordance with the provisions of § 84-8.
Any person, partnership or corporation who moves any structure through the streets of the Town of Ocean View shall be required to have police escort and shall pay any fees required for such services as set out in Chapter 3.
