A. 
Off-street parking for motor vehicles, motor homes, boats, trailers and trucks at all single-family dwelling units in the City shall be as follows:
1. 
Vehicles may be parked in a driveway, but the required parking space shall be located in the side and rear yard in a parking space, a carport or garage.
2. 
Where the existing side or rear yard are of insufficient size or are inaccessible for vehicles, two (2) parking lanes may be located in an existing front yard.
3. 
No parking of vehicles shall be permitted in a front yard other than on a driveway or parking lane.
4. 
All new driveways and all existing driveways widened from a single lane to two (2) lanes shall be constructed of concrete or asphalt. No new driveway located in a front yard shall exceed twenty (20) feet in width.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle or other item described herein off the public streets of the City, at any single-family dwelling unit, except as herein provided.

It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle or trailer over twenty-five (25) feet in overall length on the public streets of the City.

No person shall park or stand a motor vehicle, whether occupied or not, in a private driveway, on a private parking lot or on private property without the express or implied consent of the owner or other person in lawful charge of such driveway, parking lot or property.
