A.
There shall be erected and maintained "yield" signs at
the following intersections in this City:

Prairie Street at Bloomfield, directing all westbound vehicle
traffic on Bloomfield Avenue and intending to turn north on Prairie
Street to yield the right-of-way to any and all northbound vehicle
traffic on Prairie Street

B.
Any person operating a motor vehicle on any of the streets,
alleys or thoroughfares in this City shall observe the yield signs
at any intersection or intersections where the same are erected and
shall yield to other traffic using such intersections.
