Every operator of a motor vehicle of any description traveling
on any street or avenue where said Stop Signs are erected as designated
by this Schedule shall stop said motor vehicle before entering said
street adjacent to said Stop Signs, or crossing any street so designated
herein where Stop Signs are on each side of intersecting streets with
said street or avenue.
