City of New Castle, DE Article IX Applicability; Effective Date

§ 130-36 Applicability.

For the purposes of jurisdictional applicability, this chapter shall apply in the City of New Castle. This chapter shall apply to all applications for development, including building permit applications and subdivision proposals, submitted on or after February 4, 2015.

§ 130-37 Effective date.

This ordinance shall take effect on February 4, 2015.
