The provisions of this article imposing a time limit on parking shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other and more-restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138, any other New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-197(1)g, the areas described in Schedule XIII (§ 247-44), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as restricted semipublic parking areas, and the restrictions set forth in said Schedule XIII shall apply.

No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XIV (§ 247-45), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of street's described in Schedule XV (§ 247-46), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
A. 
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule XVI (§ 247-47) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVI, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
B. 
No person shall park any commercial vehicle, camper, bus, tractor, truck, trailer or recreational vehicle or trailer of any kind of 3/4 ton or more capacity in one location for a continuous period of or for more than two hours between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of each day on any streets in the Borough.
C. 
No person shall park a commercially registered vehicle within the Borough of Somerdale between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. at any location that is open and accessible to the public.

D. 
No person shall park a vehicle containing sleeping quarters within the Borough of Somerdale for more than 24 consecutive hours at any location that is open and accessible to the public.

E. 
No person shall park a motor vehicle in any parking lot open to the public between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. unless the business operation associated with the parking lot is open to the public or the parked vehicles belong to an employee working at the business operation associated with the parking lot.

No person shall stop or stand a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule XVII (§ 247-48) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVII, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule XVIII (§ 247-49) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule XVIII of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVIII, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XIX (§ 247-50), attached to and made a part of this chapter, except at the angle designated and only within the painted white stall lines.

A. 
Purpose. The purpose of this section is to establish certain areas that are private property which are open to the public or to which the public is invited, which shall be designated as handicapped parking spaces for use by persons who have been issued special identification cards by the Division of Motor Vehicles. No other person shall be permitted to park in these spaces.
B. 
Legislative authority. This section is enacted in accordance with N.J.S.A. 39:4-197.5 and 40:48-2.46, which does confer upon the Township the right to establish handicapped parking spaces in order to preserve and safeguard the public health, safety, morals and welfare.
C. 
Designation of areas; signs. The areas listed in § 247-51 of this code shall be designated as handicapped parking spaces for use by persons who have been issued special identification cards by the Division of Motor Vehicles. No other persons shall be permitted to park in these spaces. The spaces shall be marked by signs indicating the handicapped parking spaces in conformance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways, most recent edition, on file with the New Jersey State Department of Transportation, as may be amended from time to time.
D. 
Record of locations. The locations listed in § 247-51 of this Code have been required to provide for parking spaces designated as handicapped parking spaces, which spaces shall be marked by signs indicating "Handicapped Parking Spaces." The Chief of Police is hereby empowered to maintain a record of locations requiring handicapped parking spaces, to which record additional locations may be added as approved by the Planning Board.
E. 
Failure to exhibit placard. The handicapped permit or placard shall be readily visible at all times within any motor vehicle parking in the areas listed in § 247-51 of this Code.
F. 
Deceptive display of Handicapped Placard or Registration. Any person who displays a handicap placard of another and parks in a handicapped designated parking spot or parks a vehicle registered to an authorized handicapped person for his/her own personal so that he/she may receive the privilege of utilizing a handicapped parking space knowing he/she was not entitled or to deceive law enforcement of their right to utilize the parking space of another.[1] The handicapped permit or placard shall be readily visible at all times within any motor vehicle parking in the areas listed in § 247-51 of this Code.

In all locations in which space for parking is provided and there are parking spaces designated by lines or markings on the surface of the parking area or otherwise in which definite parking spaces are demarcated and wherever it has been designated by official signs, either on a street or off-street, in the public right-of-way or on privately owned parking lots open to the public, all vehicles shall park within a demarcated parking space, between and within the lines indicating such parking space.

Any vehicle parked or standing in violation of any provision of this chapter so as to obstruct or impede the normal flow of traffic, or block entranceways or exitways, intersections, loading zones, pedestrian walkways or to otherwise present a safety or traffic hazard or impediment in any fashion and which is specifically parked in a zone marked as a tow-away zone per Schedule XXV: Tow-away Zones (§ 247-56), attached hereto and made a part of this chapter, shall be subject to removal by towing, which towing shall be at the owner's or operator's expense.

No person shall park or stand any vehicle in any part of the public right-of-way or street or on privately owned parking lots described in Schedule (§ 247-56) marked as "No Parking Fire Zone."

In all locations in which there is posted appropriate signs prohibiting vehicular access or entrance, or which signage otherwise restricts such vehicular access or entrance during certain indicated times, no person shall enter such street or roadway contrary to the posted "Do Not Enter" signs for all locations described in Schedule XXVI (§ 247-58), attached to and made a part of this chapter.

A. 
Sleeping in motor vehicles prohibited. No person shall at any time use any motor vehicle, located on any public or private highway, road or street, or any public parking lot or premises in the Borough for sleeping or living purposes.
B. 
Undressing in motor vehicles prohibited. No person shall at any time undress or change his or her clothes or don beach or wearing apparel in any vehicle located on any public or private lot or premises in the Borough.
C. 
Undressing in public. No person shall at any time undress or change his or her clothes in the open on any public or private highway, road or street or on any public or private lot or parcel of ground in the Borough.
