Subdivisions and/or development plans that require extension
of water mains, sanitary sewer and streets may require additional
review and comments from the City Engineer. This review time shall
be based on the current hourly rate for the engineering services as
approved by the City of Pineville and charged to the developer in
addition to and as part of the current Fee Services Schedule. Additional
review of plans by the City Engineer may also be required by the City
of Pineville Zoning Administrator at his/her discretion.
