[Adopted 1993 ATM by Art. 37 (Art. 70 of the General Bylaws)]
No person shall throw or place any refuse, paper, trash, glass,
nails, tacks, wire, bottles, cans, yard trash, concrete, earthen fill,
garbage containers, or litter or other debris in any ditch, stream,
river, or retention basin that regularly or periodically carries surface
water runoff. Any person(s) who deposits any of the above shall remove
it or cause it to be removed immediately.
Persons violating this bylaw shall be subject to a fine of $300.
Each day any violation of this bylaw continues shall be regarded as
a new and separate offense. The penalties by the bylaw shall be cumulative
and not exclusive.
