It is unlawful for any person to swim or wade in the pond located in South Pointe Park at any time. Swimming shall be permitted in South Pointe Park only in the swimming pool during the times when the pool is open for operation and a life guard is available and on duty.

It is unlawful for any person to use, possess or consume any alcoholic beverages in South Pointe Park at any time, except in the community building as permitted by Chapter 110, Alcoholic Beverages, Article II, of the El Paso Municipal Code.

It is unlawful for any person to be or remain in South Pointe Park or to leave any vehicle in South Pointe Park between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. on the following day excepting as follows:
A. 
City employees in the course of their employment may be in South Pointe Park during such hours; or
B. 
Persons attending a South Pointe Park event authorized by the City which event is still authorized during such hours.

It is unlawful for any person to loiter and remain in any City park between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. on the following day excepting as follows:
A. 
City employees in the course of their employment may be in a City park during such hours; or
B. 
Persons attending a park event authorized by the City which event is still authorized during such hours.
