The Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized to approve the granting
of bingo licenses in accordance with the Bingo Licensing Law, N.J.S.A.
5:8-24 et seq., and the rules and regulations of the New Jersey Legalized
Games of Chance Commission, as may be amended from time to time.
The Municipal Clerk is hereby charged with the duty to make
or cause to be made the required investigation of the qualifications
of each applicant for such license and the merits of each application
for such license, with due expedition after the filing of the application,
and shall issue such license upon the payment of a license fee equal
to the fee required to be paid to the state pursuant to the state
law, as may be amended from time to time.
No license issued as herein provided shall be effective for
a period longer than one year.
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 5:8-31, games of chance may be conducted under any license issued pursuant to Article
I of this chapter on the first day of the week, commonly known and designated as "Sunday."

Games of Chance Commission, as may be amended from time to time.

of each applicant for such license and the merits of each application
for such license, with due expedition after the filing of the application,
