No person shall park a motor vehicle on private property unless
the owner of said property or other person in control or possession
thereof shall have given consent to park thereon.
No person shall park a motor vehicle on private property for
a period in excess of that for which consent was given.
Said motor vehicles may be parked on private property without
the consent of the owner or other person in control or possession
of the property in cases of emergency or disablement of the vehicle,
and provided that the owner or operator of the vehicle shall arrange
for the expeditious removal thereof.
It shall be a rebuttable presumption that consent to park a
motor vehicle was given if said vehicle is parked upon the usual parking
place of a business which solicits patronage from the public, and
provided further that the vehicle is parked during normal business
hours.
