A. 
Hours. Use of the park shall be restricted to the hours of 7:00 a.m. until dusk, unless permission is granted for use outside such hours by a reservation permit issued by the City.
B. 
Reservations. The Board of Alderpersons may adopt and amend a reservation policy and associated procedures, which may include deposit fees to be assessed from time to time. This policy will be held on file in the City's office and produced upon request.

A. 
Without excluding any other applicable law or regulation, it shall be unlawful for any person to commit any of the following acts on park land:
1. 
To block, hinder or obstruct unreasonably the use of any walkway or sidewalk;
2. 
To pursue, trap, or kill any wildlife in any manner;
3. 
To possess firearms, guns, weapons, or fireworks of any kind;
4. 
To operate bicycles and motorized vehicles on the playground;
5. 
To park motor vehicles on grassy areas;
6. 
To possess any alcoholic beverage, except when authorized by the City in conjunction with an approved reservation;
7. 
To light fires of any kind, including barbecue pits except when authorized by the City in conjunction with an approved reservation;
8. 
To camp;
9. 
To possess glass containers of any kind; and
10. 
To smoke tobacco products of any kind, including electronic cigarettes.
11. 
To smoke marijuana, defined as Cannabis indica, Cannabis sativa, and Cannabis ruderalis, hybrids of such species, and any other strains commonly understood within the scientific community to constitute marijuana, as well as resin extracted from the marijuana plant and marijuana-infused products. "Marijuana" does not include industrial hemp, as defined by Missouri Statute, or commodities or products manufactured from industrial hemp.

Any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall upon conviction be punished as provided in Section 100.220 of this Code.
