This chapter is adopted pursuant to Title 25, Chapter 477, Part
II, Section 25-84 et seq., of the Connecticut General Statutes.
There is hereby created for the Town of Wolcott a Municipal
Flood and Erosion Control Board.
Said Board shall have all the powers and duties as enumerated
in Title 25, Chapter 477, Part II, as amended from time to time.
The Conservation, Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission
of the Town of Wolcott as established pursuant to Section 417 of the
Town of Wolcott Charter is hereby designated and empowered to act
as the Municipal Flood and Control Board.
