No person shall use any tobacco products within any school buildings
or on any school grounds, or on transportation provided by the Board
of Education, or during the course of any trips sponsored by the Board
or under the supervision of the Board or its authorized agents, or
while attending any school function or taking part in any other activity
on said premises; nor shall any person transport any tobacco product
onto school grounds with intent to consume it there, or to use it
for any other purpose while attending a public function conducted
thereon.
For purposes of this chapter, tobacco products are defined to
include cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco and chewing tobacco.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall,
for each such offense, be punished by a fine of $25.
