The Code Enforcement Officer or any Deputy Code Enforcement Officer shall act as Building Inspector and Zoning Enforcement Officer and shall possess all of the powers authorized to such officer by virtue of Chapter 290, Zoning, of the Town Code or by any other law, ordinance, rule or regulation pertaining to the Town of LaFayette.
