It shall be unlawful for any person to commit or cause to be
committed any act or acts of disorderly conduct within the Borough
of Spring Grove, York County, Pennsylvania.
The following acts are defined and declared to be disorderly
conduct in violation of this chapter:
A. Appearing in a drunken or intoxicated condition in or on any public
street, alley, park or public place.
B. The uttering of profane, opprobrious, scandalous, obscene or indecent
language to any policeman of the Borough while he is on duty.
C. Engaging in fighting or brawling in or on any public street, alley,
park, public building or any building or other place to which the
public has access.
D. Making or causing to be made any loud, boisterous and unseemly noise
or disturbance to the annoyance of the peaceable residents nearby,
or near to any public highway, road, street, lands, alley, park, square
or common whereby the public peace is broken or disturbed or the traveling
public annoyed.
E. Prowling or loitering about the property of other persons or peering
or peeping into any house or other structure without the consent of
the owner thereof; provided, however, that this shall not be so construed
as to prohibit peaceful picketing upon the public highways or sidewalks
in the case of labor disputes.
F. Making or causing to be made any loud, unnecessary or unreasonable
noise made by an automobile whereby the public peace is disturbed
or the traveling public annoyed.
