Unless another penalty is expressly provided by this Municipal
Code or by New Jersey statute, a person convicted of a violation of
this chapter or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty
as set forth in the Violations Bureau Schedule approved by the Assignment
Judge of Ocean County or such penalty as may be imposed by the Municipal
Court Judge.
