The Municipality requires submission of a complete SWM site
plan, as specified in this Part 2.
A. Proof of application or documentation of required permit(s) or approvals
for the programs listed below shall be part of the plan:
(1) National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for
stormwater discharges from construction activities, when required.
(2) Any other permit under applicable state or federal regulations.
B. Six copies of the SWM site plan shall be submitted and distributed
as follows:
(1) Three copies to the Municipality accompanied by the requisite fees,
as specified in this Part 2.
(2) Two copies to the County Conservation District.
(3) The Montgomery County Planning Commission will be notified by letter
regarding submission of the SWM plan to the Municipality and MCCD,
and that no SWM Plan need be submitted to MCPC.
C. If any submissions to the agencies listed above are found to be incomplete,
the municipalities have the option of notifying the applicant and
requesting specific information missing from the submission. The time
period within which the Municipality must review the application shall
not start until the Municipality has determined that the submission
is complete.
D. Additional copies shall be submitted as requested by the Municipality,
County Conservation District, or DEP.
A modification to a submitted SWM site plan that involves a
change in BMPs or techniques, or that involves the relocation or redesign
of BMPs, or that is necessary because soil or other conditions are
not as stated on the SWM site plan as determined by the Municipality
shall require modification and resubmission of the SWM site plan in
accordance with this Part 2.
A disapproved SWM site plan may be resubmitted, with the revisions
addressing the Municipality's concerns, to the Municipality in accordance
with this Part 2. The applicable review fees must accompany a resubmission
of a disapproved SWM site plan.
