It shall be unlawful for any person within the Township to make any disturbance in any tavern, store or grocery, manufacturing establishment or any other business; or any street, lane, alley, highway, public building, grounds or park at any election or other public meeting where citizens are peaceably and lawfully assembled.
A. 
A person is a disorderly person if the person is any of the following:
(1) 
A person of sufficient ability who refuses or neglects to support his or her family.
(2) 
A window peeper.
(3) 
A person who engages in an illegal occupation or business.
(4) 
A person who is intoxicated or under the influence of any intoxicating liquor or controlled substance in a public place and who is either endangering directly the safety of another person or of property or is acting in a manner that causes a public disturbance.
(5) 
A person who is engaged in indecent or obscene conduct or indecent exposure of his person in a public place.
(6) 
A person found loitering in a house of ill fame or prostitution or place where prostitution or lewdness is practiced, encouraged, or allowed.
(7) 
A person who knowingly loiters in or about a place where an illegal occupation or business is being conducted.
(8) 
A person who loiters in or about a police station, police headquarters building, county jail, hospital, court building, or other public building or place for the purpose of soliciting employment of legal services or the services of sureties upon criminal recognizances.
(9) 
A person who is found jostling or roughly crowding people unnecessarily in a public place.
(10) 
A person who urinates on any street, sidewalk, parking lot or any other place open to the public, or on the floor or wall of any place of public assemblage, common hallway or public room of any dwelling greater than one unit, or in any public park or other such area. This subsection does not apply to a person using a public restroom or portable toilet provided for such purpose.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to be a disorderly person as defined in this section.
