City of Isanti, MN Article IV Filing Fees for Affidavit of Candidacy

§ 18-12 Filing fees.

The filing fee for the affidavit of candidacy for a municipal office in and for the City of Isanti shall be set by the City Council in the City Fee Schedule, per City Code Chapter 160. The fee shall not exceed the maximum amount allowed by Minn. Stat. § 205.13, Subd. 3, and any future amendments or recodifications thereof.
