The following shall be the policy of Manchester Township regarding
the use of tobacco in the Manchester Township Municipal Services Complex
located at 3200 Farmtrail Road, all park buildings and sewer pump
stations:
A.
Smoking,
burning and the use of tobacco shall be prohibited in all buildings
located on the Manchester Township Municipal Services Complex, 3200
Farmtrail Road, York, Pennsylvania.
B.
Smoking, burning and the use of tobacco shall be prohibited in the
cab area of all Township owned equipment and vehicles.
C.
Smoking, burning and the use of tobacco shall be prohibited within
25 feet of all fuel pumps.
D.
Smoking, burning and the use of tobacco shall be prohibited within
the fenced area of all sanitary sewer pump stations or within 25 feet
of any open manhole.
E.
Smoking, burning and the use of tobacco shall be prohibited in any
confined spaces owned or operated by Manchester Township or Manchester
Township Municipal Authority.
F.
Smoking, burning and the use of tobacco shall be prohibited in all
buildings located on any park owned by Manchester Township.
G.
Penalties for violations of this policy shall be those prescribed
in the Pennsylvania Clean Indoor Air Act of 1988.
