The maintenance and/or use of vehicles in inoperable condition
or parts of vehicles such as cabs, trailers, vans or stake bodies
for storage or any other purpose in the open spaces of any premises
in the Township is hereby declared to be a public nuisance.

Whosoever shall maintain and/or use or, being the owner not
in occupancy shall allow to be maintained and/or used for storage
or any other purpose vehicles in operable condition or parts of vehicles
such as cabs, trailers, vans or stake bodies in the open spaces of
any premises in any district in the Township, upon conviction thereof
in an action brought before a District Justice in the manner provided
for the enforcement of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules
of Criminal Procedure, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more
than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and
cost, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90 days. Each day that
a violation of this article continues or each section of this article
which shall be found to have been violated shall constitute a separate
offense.

The Township may by suit for injunction or any other suitable
remedy ask for the abatement of the nuisance herein defined and prescribed.
