In accordance with Act 164-2014 and Act 48-2015 there is hereby
established the position of Deputy Tax Collector for the City of Pittston,
with all of the powers and duties as set forth in said acts.
The City Council shall, by resolution, appoint a qualified individual
to serve as Deputy Tax Collector under such terms and with such compensation
as prescribed in the resolution of appointment and subject to appropriation
within the General Fund operating budget.
