[Ord. 1988-1, 4/11/1988, § 1]
The Board of Supervisors recognizes that the use of skateboards
has become prevalent in the Township. The use of skateboards on public
streets and sidewalks may constitute a danger to the public and to
the person using the skateboard. In order to lessen the hazards to
the public health, safety, and welfare, the Board has determined to
regulate the use of skateboards in the Township.
