The Borough Council of the Borough of Oxford, by resolution,
may establish an administrative fee or fees for the service of calculating,
collecting and providing information as to the status of taxes, assessments,
charges, fees or like sums due the Borough.

The administrative fee or fees imposed pursuant to § 1-701 of this Part shall be paid by the person requesting or receiving the information on or before receipt by such person.

The payment of any sums due pursuant to this Part shall be enforced
by appropriate summary proceedings as provided by law.

The Borough Council shall adopt such a fee schedule as described
in this Part by resolution and may amend the same, from time to time,
by resolution of Borough Council.
