[Ord. 2002-06, 11/11/2002, § 601]
The R-2 Medium Density Residential District is designed to provide
a density of development consistent with existing residential development
found within the Suburban Growth Area, as shown on the Future Land
Use Map of the East Fallowfield Township Comprehensive Plan (1999).
Design flexibility is provided through the use of lot averaging. Medium
density development will be located in areas that are easily accessible
and in close proximity to commercial areas.
